in keeping starters going you will read that you throw out some of the starter (DISCARD IS WHAT ITS CALLED), well here is an idea on what to do with it:>

it is so hard to throw away anything these days..


So all you have to do is google what to do with discard, or be more specific.

look up

sourdough discard:

bagels

crackers

english muffins

pretzels

chicken batter


basically discard can be used for so many things, patching plaster walls?

All you have to do is ask the AI world...
