I have been trying to reduce my gluten intake. I am sensitive to it due to hypothyroidism and psoriasis. My oldest son gets bad eczema - even on his face- from gluten sensitivity. I love to bake, and figured out how to make cookies and brownies gluten free, but my attempts at bread have been embarrassing failures!

We are all sourdough lovers, so here I am, with hope in my heart for REAL bread!

The starter has been rehydrated and got its day 1 feed this morning. Fingers crossed for success!
